When I arrived at Harvard, I was drowning in imposture syndrome. I was unsure how to manage the University’s expectations. Working with Bhavana Learning Group and Brendalyn King exceeded my expectations. By meditating and completing my day, I planned days, weeks, and months in advance to avoid overbooking. I have found a sense of freedom within who I am and feel better prepared to handle the responsibility and experience of being a Harvard faculty member.
