Coaching People in Conflict:
Important Things to Consider
What is the importance of communication through conflict in your coaching?
Coaching clients in conflict requires more than traditional coaching approaches. It calls for a deeper understanding of how people experience conflict—and how that experience shapes their capacity to engage, respond, and act.
In this Coaches Salon, conflict management coaching pioneer Cinnie Noble shares key distinctions that set this work apart. Drawing on decades of research and practice, Cinnie introduces the pillars of her CINERGY™ model, integrating coaching, conflict management, and neuroscience.
Participants will:
– explore how clients experience conflict,
– what gets in the way of effective engagement, and
– how coaches can strengthen their conflict competence and support clients in navigating interpersonal disputes.
