Like most people, my days seem very busy moving from one context and project to another. Father, designer, problem solver, engineer, accountant, therapist, chauffeur, carpenter…. you get it. But something that has helped me immensely in avoiding overwhelm and really enjoying all these phases throughout the day is the contemplative practices I have learned and developed in Bhavana's Small Sangha Program. I find these studies & practices to be very effective in managing a consistent level of relaxed concentration in all that I do, both personally and professionally. I highly recommend these programs.
