Beata Swist

This year, studying with Bhavana Learning Group has been transformative for me. During a time of transition from a demanding career, dealing with serious health issues in my family, and navigating stressful moments, the fundamentals of Buddhism I’ve learned have been a true anchor.

The teachings on grasping and attachment, impermanence, and interdependence have allowed me to process anger, stress, and anxiety in a much more peaceful way. Instead of reacting impulsively, I’ve found more awareness and balance, both on and off the cushion, which has improved my relationships and enriched my daily life.

I’ve been more mindful throughout the day, which allowed me to appreciate and enjoy life much more. I’m deeply grateful for the insights I’ve gained through this practice and recommend Bhavana Learning Group’s courses. They are life changing.
